Refund policy

The Poppy Seed hopes you love your purchase but incase you don’t, give us the opportunity to make it right!

We ask that you take a close look at your purchase after you receive it and contact us at shopthepoppyseed.com if there is a concern.  

Unless your purchase is a final sale or discounted item, we will gladly accept the return of your apparel and/or shoe purchase(s) in exchange for a store credit within 10 days of your purchase date. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging. All other items are nonrefundable. 

**ALL V&C SECOND-HAND MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE.**

*ANY AND ALL ORDERS WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY*

-Sale or discounted items are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

-In order to be eligible for store credit, unwanted merchandise must be postmarked within 10 days of the date you received it. 

-The original shipping charge is non-refundable.

-Must include receipt or order number with return. 

Please keep your tracking information. Once your return is received and processed, we will e-mail you your e-Gift Card that can be used online or in-store.
