U.S. Shipping

  • Free shipping for any orders over $100.00
  • All domestic orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of your placed order via UPS Ground.  A sale, promotion or holiday may delay the shipping 1-2 more business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order and an additional email with shipping confirmation and tracking information once your package has been shipped.  It is important to put a valid email and phone number with your order. This is how we will contact you if we have a question about your order.
  • We cannot make changes to your order once it has shipped  and once the order is placed it cannot be canceled.
  • We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been delivered to the given address.  Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address.

International Shipping

In Store Pickup
You may place an order online and pick it up in the store within 24 hours.

  • If you fail to pick up your online order within 24 hours your items will be return to stock and  store credit will be issued.
  • If someone else will be picking up your order other than you, please notify us right away by emailing or calling.
Returns
AS OF MAY 11, 2020 ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL AND NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME DUE TO COVID-19. We are sorry for this inconvenience!

  • Returns will ONLY be issued in the form of Store Credit Only.
  • In order to be eligible for a store credit refund, unwanted merchandise must be post marked within 10 days of original purchase, along with a copy of the receipt.
  • Returns past 10 day return policy will not be accepted or issued store credit.  
  • Must be unworn, unwashed, smell free and no pet hair, all tags attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box, damage to the shoebox will result in the shoes being ineligible or return.
  • Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or receive store credit.
  • We do not accept online returns, in store returns and exchanges only.

If you feel you received a defective item or the wrong item, please call us right away! Notification after the 10 day return policy for defective item will be ineligible.
